Apartment Assistant Manager Property Management firm seeks a dynamic Multifamily/Apartment Assistant Manager with a real go-getter personality. A high school diploma and customer service experience is required. Sales and Property Management experience a plus. Duties will include but are not limited to assisting managers with the following: • Processing rental applications • Participating in day-to-day contact with residents. • Showing Apartment Homes • Preparing Leases and Lease renewals • Assisting with Move-ins and Move-outs • Processing rental payments

Property / Construction Accountant-Real Estate
Job requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting • CPA or CPA candidate a plus • Two years of property management and/or construction accounting OR public accounting experience • Excellent communication and analytical skills along with ability to communicate recommendations in a timely and concise manner • Advanced skills with MS Office applications • Knowledge of a property management/accounting software such as AMSI is desirable • Self-motivated and able to work with a team or independently Duties and responsibilities: • Assist the Controller in supervision of accounts receivables, accounts payable, and other accounting functions • Review and prepare financial statement and reports, post journal entries, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and compliance with appropriate accounting methods • Prepare account analysis and identification, and explanation of variances • Transmit monthly or quarterly accounting reports to the owners of properties in our portfolio • Review and prepare year end accounting including account analysis, accruals, and reclassifications • Assist the Controller with preliminary partnership tax returns • Review accounting procedures and recommend changes as needed • Function as backup for the Controller • Provide technical systems support to on-site locations • Assist in managing system hardware and software applications • Special projects as assigned
Commercial Leasing and Brokerage Agent - Realtor® Duties and Responsibilities: Commercial Leasing: To specialize in leasing commercial office, retail, office service center, and/or other commercial space and assist in implementing corporate strategy and long range plan for commercial leasing and brokerage. Lease Management: After the lease is signed and the lessee has been turned over to the Property Manager, maintain ongoing Lease Management. Brokerage: Have strong knowledge of the commercial market, available properties, gain commercial listings through contacts and marketing. Work with owners to actively market their listings, and maintain ongoing communication with those owners to keep them informed of the status of the listing. Job Requirements: 1. Commercial Property Manager Position is responsible for financial success of assigned commercial properties (office, industrial, and retail) by controlling costs and budgets, maintaining excellent tenant relations, and maximizing the potential of each property through quality control and operations management. Essential Job Functions • Develop and maintain project budgets, projections, and analysis for each upcoming fiscal period for the commercial buildings under Property Manager’s responsibility • Consult with management on potential lease transactions as space becomes available for lease or renewal • Manage all operating contracts for the buildings and supervise on-site maintenance contractors, and/or personnel • Manage tenant renovations and space build outs • Maintain and increase tenant occupancy in the portfolio • Stay updated on local competition and area conditions that may impact assigned properties • Represent our management company and property owners to potential tenants • Assist in pursuit and development of new business Job Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or real estate required • Experience in the commercial property management field • Strong financial and management competence • Excellent speaking, writing, and computer skills • Leadership qualities
